Delete your PocketCaddie account

You can request deletion without installing the app. Sign in below when online deletion is available, or email hello@pocketcaddie.io. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing an email request. Never send your password.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes the selected PocketCaddie cloud account, profile, cloud practice sessions, swing labels and uploaded raw recordings. Local recordings and exports on your devices are under your control; remove those separately. If cleanup cannot finish, this page reports an error so you can retry or contact support.

Some subscription, payment and referral records remain after app-account deletion. Separate creator, sponsor, contract and business-contact records require a request to support. See our Privacy Policy for details and the email-request processing timeline.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Deleting an app account does not cancel a store subscription. You can delete your account regardless of subscription status. Manage or cancel through Google Play or Apple.

Online Google-account deletion is being configured for Android. Use the email request above or the deletion option in your app.

For an existing Apple-linked or anonymous app account, use the in-app deletion option or request help by email. Signing into Google does not automatically merge an older Apple account.
