PocketCaddie joins Claude Startups

PocketCaddie has been accepted into Claude Startups, Anthropic's program for companies building with Claude.

PocketCaddie is the driving range assistant and no-video swing coach. Put your phone in your pocket and hit your bucket. Every session gets a Swing Score from 0 to 100, and Progress shows if you're improving. No camera, no tripod.

Where Claude fits

The AI Caddie in PocketCaddie runs on Claude. It's the coaching chat that knows your swing history: ask it what to work on, why a session scored the way it did, or what to change next time, and it answers from your own sessions.

Claude also helps us build. PocketCaddie is a small team, and we use Claude across the work of shipping the app and running the company.

What the program includes

As a member, PocketCaddie gets:

• $1,000 in Claude API credits, which go toward the AI Caddie.
• A year of Claude Team for the people building PocketCaddie.
• The Claude Startup Stack, discounts and credits on tools from companies that build with Claude.
• Office hours with Anthropic's Applied AI team, plus Claude Startup events and meetups.

What it means for golfers

More room to make the AI Caddie better. The credits cover the coaching chat as more golfers use it, and office hours give us a direct line to people who know Claude well as we keep improving its answers.

Nothing changes in how you use PocketCaddie. Start a session, pocket your phone, hit your bucket, and ask the AI Caddie anything afterward.
