PocketCaddie is now an official LinksDAO partner
LinksDAO members get PocketCaddie, the driving range assistant that fits in your pocket, at a member discount.
Today PocketCaddie becomes an official partner of LinksDAO.
LinksDAO calls itself the modern golf and leisure club. It's a community of golfers working to unlock the best of what golf has to offer, and it has already bought its first course, Spey Bay in Scotland, with a second on the way. Its members play a lot of golf, and most of them practice a lot too.
That's where PocketCaddie comes in.
What PocketCaddie is
PocketCaddie is a driving range assistant that fits in your pocket.
Tap Start, slide your iPhone into your front pocket and start hitting. PocketCaddie detects every swing on its own. No camera, no tripod, no taps between shots.
Behind it is a patent-pending swing engine that reads your swing from the phone's motion sensors, plus your Apple Watch and AirPods if you have them. Each swing is scored across 17 skills in six categories, benchmarked against professional swings and rolled into a 0–100 Swing Score.
When you finish, your caddie tells you what moved and the one thing to work on next. Over time, Progress shows your Swing Score trend, so you can see if you're improving. With an Apple Watch you also unlock a club fitting built from your own swings and a 3D replay of your hands.
Why LinksDAO
LinksDAO is building a golf club around its members, and its members already spend real time at the range. Most of that time goes unmeasured. You hit a bucket, it feels better or worse, and you go home without knowing why.
PocketCaddie measures it, without anyone filming you or setting anything up. Your range time ends with a score, the one thing to fix, and a record you can look back on.
What members get
All LinksDAO members get 10% off their first month of PocketCaddie Premium with code LINKSDAO.
Premium members have an additional offer. Look for it in the Premium channels in the LinksDAO Discord.
Offers are for new PocketCaddie subscribers. Every new account also starts with a 14-day free trial, with every feature unlocked.
How to redeem
- Download PocketCaddie from the App Store.
- On your iPhone, open pocketcaddie.io/r/LINKSDAO. It opens the App Store with the code already filled in.
- Confirm with your Apple ID. Apple applies the discount and bills it through your Apple account.
No link handy? Open the App Store, tap your profile picture, tap Redeem Gift Card or Code, and type LINKSDAO.
We built PocketCaddie for golfers who want their practice to count. LinksDAO is full of them. See you at the range.
